Joyce Ellen Foreman, 85, of Port Clinton, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 18, at the Edgewood Manor Nursing Center.

James "Jim" Goldstein, 63, of Oak Harbor, Ohio, died at his home Thursday morning, Dec. 20. Jim was born February 27, 1949, in Port Clinton, to James W. and Beverly (Miles) Goldstein.

Ralph William Lakin, 80, of Port Clinton, passed away Sunday, Dec. 16, at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Toledo.
