Ronald John Dowling Sr., 68, of Port Clinton, and formerly of Blossburg, PA, passed away Monday, Oct. 8, at his residence.
Dale Albert Kline, 82, of Graytown, died at St. Charles Hospital on Oct. 10. He was born on a farm in Oak Harbor on January 16, 1930.
