Nancy Louise O’Neal, 69, of Port Clinton, died Thursday, Feb. 21, at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo. She was born on Sept. 19, 1943 in Port Clinton, the daughter of the late Lester “Barney” and
Florence (Gwinup) Luebcke.
