Lawrence L. "Larry" Sizer, 80, of Lakeside-Marblehead, and formerly of Berea, Ohio, died April 19, at Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky.
He was born February 15, 1934, in Cleveland, the son of the late Louis & Blanche (Rada) Sizer. He married Marilyn Fisher on December 26, 1969, and she survives. Mr. Sizer was a manager for Distillation Water Company in Cleveland. He was a United States Navy Veteran and a member of American Legion Post 91, Berea.
Surviving are his wife: Marilyn; sons: Louis (Debby) Sizer of Linden, VA, Eric (Lisa) Budd of Akron, Kenneth (Lee) Budd of Lakeland, FL; daughters: Jennifer (Michael) Kindinger of Logan, OH, Sharon (James) Budd Carpenter of Jacksonville, FL; ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brothers: Dick Sizer, William Sizer, Edward Sizer, John Sizer and sisters: Betty Segedi and Marge Hathaway.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 14, at the Peninsula Chapel of Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 7755 East Harbor Road, Lakeside-Marblehead. Memorial contributions may be given to Magruder Hospital Auxiliary, 615 Fulton St., Port Clinton, OH 43452.
