| May Anniversary |
| Mark and Sharon May, of Port Clinton, will celebrate their 35th wedding anniversary with a family dinner in Madison, Wis. The couple was married June 7, 1975, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Sandusky by the Rev. Robert Donnelly. They are the parents of David (Maggie) May, of Richland Center, Wis., Kevin (Dayna) May, of Oregon, Wis., and Eric May, of Cincinnati. They have two granddaughters, Rowan and Violet. Mark is a pharmacist at Heartland Health Services in Toledo and Sharon is a preschool intervention specialist at North Point Educational Service Center.

| Anniversary — Gollihue |
| Harland and Dorothy Gollihue, of Marblehead, will celebrate their 65th anniversary April 28 with a family dinner. The Gollihues met in Salt Lake City when Harland was in the Navy. The pair was married in Dorothy’s parents’ home in Ogden, Utah, on April 28, 1945. They have lived in the area for more than 30 years and had a son and daughter. Their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren wish them many more years of happiness. |

| Anniversary — Zibert |
| Mary Lou and Robert Zibert, of Port Clinton, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. They were married Feb. 20, 1960. They are the parents of four children: Lynne (Darrell) Domokos, Bobbi (Doug) Mahler, John (Kim) Zibert, and Andrea (Steve) Wagner. They have: 10 grandchildren — Mitch Domokos; Mindie, Ryan and Katie Mahler; Adam, Matthew, Christopher, Morgan and Paige Zibert; Bethany Buchanan; one great-grandson — Brady Domokos; and two great granddaughters — Tegan Marshari and Alana Zibert. Bob and Mary Lou enjoy spending time with their family and attending their grandchildren’s extracurricular activities. They have also spent many years active with the Elk’s Lodge. Mary Lou is a retired Port Clinton City School teacher. Bob was a partner in Clinton Men’s Wear and works for The Put-in-Bay Jet Express. |

| Ruth and Charles Dewitz celebrate 50th anniversary |
Ruth Emma (Lau) and Charles Roland Dewitz, of Oak Harbor, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They were married Jan. 9, 1960, by the Rev. Cyril Lauer at Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Bono. They hosted a family dinner celebration at Catawba Island Club on Dec. 26 (where Ruth’s mother Edna Lau was in attendance) and then had dinner out with friends in Florida on Jan. 9. They are the parents of four children: Diane (Todd) Winke, of Oak Harbor, Nancy (Michael) Beier, of Clyde, Linda (Douglas) Haar, of West Chester, and David (Heather) Dewitz, of Oak Harbor. Joan K. (Fick) and James W. Mason were married on Nov. 28, 1959, at St. John Lutheran Church, Port Clinton, by the Rev. Harry Holzapfel. They are the parents of Jody (Brian) Myerholtz, Columbus Grove; Jill (Bill) Schmidt, North Royalton; Jennifer (Daryl) Walters, Port Clinton; and their foreign exchange daughter Irene Lee (Tony) Berdis, Cleveland Heights. Jim and Joan’s greatest joys are their grandchildren: Wendy (Adam) Montgomery, Pandora; Brian Myerholtz, Columbus Grove; Andy, Eric, Emily and Evan Schmidt, North Royalton; and Nathan and Katie Walter, Port Clinton.
