Norwalk High School won first place honors in the Twenty-eighth Annual Academic Tournament held at Bowling Green State University Firelands College on Saturday, Nov. 17. The academic quiz teams from Port Clinton and Edison high schools captured second and third places.
In cooperation with the Port Clinton Kiwanis Club, Port Clinton City Schools recognize outstanding elementary students as “Terrific Kids”. The following have been honored as Terrific Kids in November 2012.
Bataan Primary Elementary: Grace Fleenor, Katelyn Lovitt, Briar Rohrer, Jordon Waddell, Dylan Lukac, Hollie Robinson, Bryce Copeland, Jason Salyers, William Koskela, Reilly Laird, Austin Walker , Kyla Wells, Blake Hutton, Payton Vargas, Alliyah Wharton, Addisynne Siefke.
The Immaculate Conception Preschool ended their annual Christmas program on Sunday, Dec. 9, to a standing ovation by their families and friends.
