The Lizzis’ plans are to first work on the mechanical aspects, upgrading the lanes, pinsetters and machinery, and making sure it meets their standards of cleanliness, “following in our grandmother’s footsteps.” Those footsteps include disinfecting shoes after each use and other high standards of cleanliness.
