The Port Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the grand re-opening and anniversary celebration of By Laurie, at 120 E. Second St., in downtown Port Clinton. The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony is at noon Friday, Aug. 24. Light refreshments will be served.

The Port Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the grand opening of the Thirsty Pirate Taphouse and Grille at 2940 E. Harbor Road (corner of Ohio 163 and 53). A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be held at noon Thursday, Aug. 16.  Light refreshments will be served.
“Since our opening on July 23, response from the Port Clinton and surrounding communities has been overwhelming,” said Mike Sjostrom, owner of The Thirsty Pirate Taphouse and Grille. “We are excited to be part of the community and to be able to provide a place people can enjoy freshly prepared meals and a cool, refreshing craft beer.
