The Port Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the grand opening of the Thirsty Pirate Taphouse and Grille at 2940 E. Harbor Road (corner of Ohio 163 and 53). A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be held at noon Thursday, Aug. 16. Light refreshments will be served.
“Since our opening on July 23, response from the Port Clinton and surrounding communities has been overwhelming,” said Mike Sjostrom, owner of The Thirsty Pirate Taphouse and Grille. “We are excited to be part of the community and to be able to provide a place people can enjoy freshly prepared meals and a cool, refreshing craft beer. We have been blessed with more and more patrons each day. It’s been fun and challenging at the same time. Every day we learn more about what our guests want and how we can better accommodate them.”
The Thirsty Pirate concept is casual dining in a fun atmosphere. With 32 beers on tap, there is a wide range of variety, from light-bodied lagers to full-bodied porters, any beer lover is sure to find a beer to please their palate.
