National Art Instructor coming to Port Clinton

The Port Clinton Artists’ Club is sponsoring a three-day watercolor painting workshop at the Island House, 102 Madison St., featuring nationally known guest artist/instructor Mark Polomchak. The classes will be held from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, January 11, 12 and 13. Polomchak’s teaching style is engaging and entertaining. He works step-by-step, so everyone will go home with a painting suitable for framing from each day of class, or Polomchak will frame it for students at the end of the day. Interested artists can view the class paintings at www.portclintonartistsclub.com where they’ll find the registration brochure under the “workshops/events” tab. This workshop is open to the public and the cost is $60 per day.  Seating is limited. For more information call Paula Hart at 419-734-5436.
