For the second time in three weeks the Port Clinton Redskins lost a game as a result of a flukish break that went the way of their opponent.

After getting back on the right track with a 26-18 victory over Cardinal Stritch in Week 4, the Danbury Lakers lost a tough game, falling 47-0 to Edon to drop to 2-3 on the season.

Behind a solid game from quarterback Austin Wiegand and great performance by its defense, Oak Harbor defeated Port Clinton, 21-0, in the annual meeting between the two Ottawa County rivals.

Tickets are still on sale for the Port Clinton Redskins vs. Margaretta football game on Sept. 28, featuring a performance by The Ohio State University Marching Band.
