James Dorko and Caleb Gerber run side by side in the 110 meter hurdles against Northwood and Toledo Christian. Dorko finished with a time of 17.9 seconds and Gerber with a time of 17.5 seconds.

Toledo Christian, Northwood and Danbury held a triangular track meet at Biro Field Tuesday, April 29, with the Toledo Christian boys and girls finishing first and the Danbury team right behind them. Highlights for the Lakers were Erin Lavelle's first-place finish in the high jump with a 4' 9" effort and Tori Wright's winning tosses of 34' 5.5" in the shot put and 95' 9" in the discus.
First place finishes for the boys included Kain Lucas in the discus (109' 9"), James Dorko in the long jump (18' 7") and pole vault (9'), Caleb Gerber in the high jump (5' 6") and Dalton Harris in the 1600-meter run (5:31.3).
Several away events are scheduled before the TAAC championship at Gibsonburg May 16 followed by the District track meet at Eastwood on May 22-24.
