Lady Redskins defeats Napoleon in tennis

The Lady Redskins tennis team defeated Napoleon 5-0 in the 2nd round of the OTCA Coaches Tournament.  This brings their record to 8-2 (3-1 in SBC). Port Clinton will face Lexington in the next round of the tournament, the date to be determined.

Molly Haberman & Libby Showalter (PC) def. Jullianna Wulf & Amber Gruenhagen (N) 6-3, 6-3. 

“Taylor had a great match at 3rd singles.  She was very evenly matched with Andrea and they had some fantastic points.  We were proud that she was able to dig in and come back after losing the first set,” said coach Lindsay Smith.

Port Clinton travels to Clyde on Thursday.
