Oak Harbor girls now 3-3 on the season

With a 23-22 lead late in the third quarter, the Rockets outscored Woodmore, 13-4, to take control of the game in their 42-31 win over the Wildcats (4-4).

    Maria Boers led all scorers with 19 points.

    Clyde 71, Oak Harbor 43
    Clyde jumped out to a 28-6 lead after one quarter and cruised to victory.
    The Flyers, who advanced to the Division II Regional Semifinals last season, got 25 points from junior forward Amanda Cahill.
    Boers finished with 12 points and Andrea Cecil chipped in with nine.

    Bellevue 52, Oak Harbor 50
    With the score tied at 42 midway thru the fourth quarter, the Bellevue Lady Red outscored Oak Harbor, 10-8, to defeat the Rockets.
    Carly Santoro led Bellevue (4-1) with 31 points, including four 3-pointers, and came through in a number of clutch situations.
    Boers and Abbie Gezo led Oak Harbor with 13 points apiece and Cecil finished with 12. Gezo nearly won the game after she just missed banking in a three-pointer from half-court at the buzzer.
