Redskins bowlers earn trip to District tourney

The Redskin boys bowlers struggled but hung on long enough to earn their sixth consecutive trip to the OHSAA NW District Bowling Tournament at Interstate Lanes in Rossford next Friday. Bowling begins at 5 p.m.
PC ended up seventh out of 17 teams advancing with a 3,569 score for three team games and six Baker games.

The Port Clinton eighth-grade boys' basketball team exploded for 40 second-half points Saturday to turn a 23-21 halftime lead into a 63-43 victory over Edison in the Sandusky Bay Conference Championship game at Clyde.

Redskins hit the road

The Port Clinton Redskins boys’ basketball team started out like a house on fire last Friday night in their final home game of the year against Sandusky St. Mary’s. And just as suddenly went ice cold in the fourth quarter in a 43-35 loss to the Panthers.
