In addition to counting to 100 by 2’s, 5’s and 10’s, students and staff dressed like they were 100 years old. Throughout the day there were themed lessons and activities such as 100 phonic words using word families “hunks & chunks”, 100 Bear Olympic exercises, and reading “100 Days of School” by Mindy Pierce. Students enjoyed a special 100 day snack, spelling out the number 100 with oreos and crackers.
