Port Clinton High School will celebrate Homecoming the week of September 16 -23. Leadership Council has planned a variety of events to celebrate Homecoming and the community is invited to attend and to help support Redskin student athletes. A complete list of events is listed on the website, along with photo albums at www.pccsd.net. On Friday, PCHS Cheerleaders will be visiting each school building selling homecoming spirit items such as: Eyeblacks: $2.00/pair; Cheek Cheers: 2/$1.00; Red and White Spirit Shakers ("Poms"): $1.50; Ribbons w/Football Sticker: $1.00.
On Wednesday, Sept.18, the Homecoming Parade will start at 6:30 p.m., beginning at Port Clinton High School. Due to Sixth Street construction, the parade route is as follows: Tenth, Madison, Alice, Harrison, Sixth ending at True Lay Stadium. At the stadium there will be Powder Puff Football and other activities. Kickoff of the Homecoming game vs. Oak Harbor is Friday at 7 p.m. Presale tickets are available in the High School Main Office starting Wednesday. Presale prices are Adults $5 and Students $4. All tickets at the gate are $6. All Sport passes are also on sale for only $25 for students, $50 for adults, which includes admission to all Middle School and High School home athletic events during the school year.
The Homecoming Court will be announced during pregame along with the Homecoming Queen and King Coronations.
