Family honors life of lost loved one killed by a drunk driver

Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) supports Annie’s Law which would require ignition interlocks for all convicted drunk drivers, including first-time offenders, with an illegal blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of .08 or greater.
