The Port Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce and Ida Rupp Library are sponsoring a new business seminar: Everything you need to know about getting the most bang for your buck in marketing. The one-hour workshop will be presented by Jeff Krabill of Krabill Marketing Group. Krabill taught marketing at Bowling Green State University for more than 16 years before opening his own marketing firm in our area. After a successful first year in 2011, with libraries in more than 30 states participating, the American Library Association is again partnering with the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago for Money Smart Week @ Your Library in 2012.

In accordance with Ohio State law (Revised Code section 173.47), the Ohio Department of Aging conducts biennial Resident Satisfaction Surveys at licensed and/or certified long-term care facilities. The purpose of the survey is:
• To increase facility awareness of resident perspectives of their services.
• To provide facilities with information for quality improvement activities.
• To provide resident satisfaction information on the Long-term Care Consumer Guide (www.ltcohio.org).
