Otterbein North Shore recently facilitated an empowerment drum circle for members of a Red Hat group. Members of the group from Oak Harbor are Ann Loehtzki, Linda Hartigan, Diana Sorg and Julie Weyandt and from Fremont Beth Witt. Witt said, “Thanks for the wonderful drumming circle experience. It was unique, intriguing, fun and exhilarating! Let me know if you decide to offer this on a monthly basis. I'm sure we could fill the room with drumbeats!”
Medicare open enrollment gives beneficiaries the chance to review their health and prescription drug coverage for the coming year. Changes can be made between Oct. 15 and Dec. 7. To stay with the same coverage, nothing needs to be done.
The Oak Harbor High School Class of 1962 held their “50th Class Reunion” Oct. 19 & 20. On Friday evening, a “tailgate” party was hosted and held at the home of Jim and Jo Dornbusch.
