It’s a birthday party and everyone’s invited, at Ida Rupp Public Library in Port Clinton on Tuesday, January 29 at 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. It is a program for 3, 4, and 5 year olds (no kindergartners please) based on imaginary play, stories, and songs.
