Port Clinton High School Key Club recognized at Walleye Drop

On New Year’s Eve Port Clinton High School Key Club received a $500 check. The check was presented to the PCHS Key Club for their many years of service organizing the New Year’s Eve children’s fun night that is held from 4-7 p.m. The club has chosen to donate the award money to the Kiwanis International Worldwide Service Project to eliminate Maternal and Neonatal Tetanus.

Grant Applications Invited

The Ottawa County Community Foundation invites nonprofit organizations in or serving Ottawa County to submit requests for grant funding to the Foundation. The Foundation makes grants to programs in the fields of education, social services, physical and mental health, safe and positive living environments, natural resources and the arts. The Foundation serves to provide for the enrichment of the quality of life in the Ottawa County community.

Danbury Zoning Commission seeks potential member

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to learn more about the activities of this board. The Zoning Commission meets at 7 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month and is responsible for amendments to the zoning resolution and map. To be considered for a board position your residence of record must be Danbury Township. An application for appointed positions is available at the Township Zoning Department or at www.danburytownship.com. Applications should be returned to the Zoning Inspector. Currently there is an opening for an alternate position on the Zoning Commission.
