Students of the Month include: from left, Zach Baugh, Kirstin Winke and Arica Gonzales.
Port Clinton Middle School recently announced that Zach Baugh, Kirstin Winke and Arica Gonzales have been named Students of the Month.
Grade 6 student Zach Baugh has been involved in soccer, scouts and model club. He enjoys riding horses, four-wheeling and hunting. His community service projects include setting up at the county fair and snow removal. At Port Clinton Middle School he enjoys the variety of classes available. His career aspirations include being a farmer. Zach is the son of Chris Prine and Bryan Baugh.
Kirstin Winke is the daughter of Nancy and Tony Winke. She enjoys bowling and swimming. She is involved in Power of the Pen, Academic Challenge, chess club, choir, serving in hospitality at church and working with the St. Vincent De Paul Society on Saturdays. Kirstin also enjoys reading, swimming, bike riding and plans to be a math teacher.
Arica Gonzales, a grade 8 student at Port Clinton Middle School, participates in soccer, track and plans to play golf in high school. She is involved in numerous activities including student council, academic challenge, school newspaper and yearbook. In her spare time Arica enjoys reading, music and hanging out with her friends. She is the daughter of Becky and Larry Gonzales.
