Terra's Kern Center Offers Real Estate Classes

The Kern Center for Community and Industrial Development at Terra Community College is offering a variety of real estate courses beginning in January. The schedule is: Real Estate Law- 6:30 to 9:20 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays for 16 sessions beginning Jan. 7, cost: $359; Real Estate Appraisal - 6:30 to 9:20 p.m., Wednesdays for eight sessions beginning Jan. 7, cost: $239; Real Estate Principles and Practices - 6:30 to 9:20 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays for 16 sessions beginning March 11, cost: $359 and Real Estate Financing - 6:30 to 9:20 p.m. Wednesdays for eight       sessions beginning March 10, cost: $239.
