Larry Noblitt Liberty Bell Award Presented

Carolyn Renwand (left), a victim's rights advocate for Ottawa County, was the recipient of the first ever Larry Noblitt Liberty Bell Award presented at the Port Clinton Kiwanis Club Meeting on Wednesday, May 7. The award was presented by Lorraine Croy of the Ottawa County Prosecuting Attorney's office. Renwand was one of 4 nominees for the award. The presentation was made at the local Kiwanis Club's annual Law Day observance. The main speaker was University of Toledo Law Professor, Benjamin Davis.
