North Coast Disc Golf Open

The first North Coast Disc Golf Open will be held at East Harbor State Park on Sunday, May 18. This event is sponsored by The Professional Disc Golf Association (PDGA), and is a Sanctioned C-Tier event. There will be 36 Holes and a Top 4 Final 4. Registration fees vary depending on the type of golfer. Registration is available online at www.pdga.com or can be done the morning of the event from 8-9:30 a.m. Only the first 60 applicants registering will participate in this event, so pre-registering before the event is recommended. Please bring your own equipment as no equipment will be provided. Disc Golf is a combination of the sports, golf and Frisbee. The object of the game is to throw the disc in the basket in the least number of throws. The Disc Golf Open will take place at East Harbor State Park beginning at the Lockwood Shelter, which is located on the first road to the left after entering the park.
