Recently, cheerleading tryouts for the high school and  varsity were held for Port Clinton Schools Results are as follows: 2008/2009 Varsity:  Ally Ihnat, Toni Rust, Amber Brubaker, Rachel Huffman, Nicole Trick, Olivia Thompson, Liz Brow, Shelby Trick, Autumn Hogan, Jesseka Lazzaro and Gonya Kristen. Junior Varsity: Emiy Ochs, Rebekah Huskey, Megan Chaffin, Aisha Lafferty, Tiffany Robinson, Ashley Cuevas, Alexis Zilles and Nicole Bogard.
