 The Ottawa County Jr. Fair Livestock Sale is only two months away!
Jr. Fair market livestock exhibitors recently brought their animals out to the
fairgrounds to be tagged in preparation for the upcoming Ottawa County Jr.
Fair to be held July 14-20,
2008.

Oak Harbor FFA Scores BIG with Water Quality Display! |

 “Hey, look at the crawfish we caught”, is possibly one of the comments
that could have been heard from the students of the Oak Harbor FFA when
they were doing water quality testing on the Portage. The Portage
River Basin is a watershed of approximately 1,100 square miles, with
headwaters (the start) near Findlay, Ohio emptying into Lake Erie, near
Port Clinton.

 Magruder Hospital’s Board of Trustees recently held its Annual Meeting,
at which officers and trustees were elected. This year, one new member
of the board was elected to replace an outgoing board member.

Law Day Observance at Port Clinton Kiwanis Club |

Law Day observance at their regular weekly meeting. Keynote speaker for
the day was Benjamin Davis, a Law School Professor at the University of
