rifle matchesOn January 19, Jason Bailey and Brian Wyss took part in the Camp Perry open an air rifle match for precision and sporter air rifles. This was a 60-round 3-position match. The boys trained for the match with 4-H rifle instructors at the Oak Harbor Conservation Club and home.
There were clubs from Alabama, Illinois, Michigan and Ohio for the match. This was a great opportunity to see other teams, meet other people with the same interests and use their skills.
If there is anyone interested in learning firearm safety in rifle, pistol, shotgun and archery through 4-H, contact the Ohio State Extension Office at 419-898-3631 or Michelle Woods at 419-797-2715.
