Valerie Ann Levi, 33, of Willard, OH, and formerly of Port Clinton, OH
died Monday, Feb. 11, 2008 at Stein Hospice, Sandusky, OH. She was
born Feb. 1, 1975 in Port Clinton, the daughter of Joseph and Mary Ann
(Neatfeld) Levi. She was a dedicated loving mother who treasured time
with her son Bret. She lived life with a passion for her family,
friends and dancing. This passion will live on forever.

Edward E. Garrigan, 96, of Port Clinton, OH and formerly of Texas,
passed away on February 12, 2008 at Edgewood Manor Nursing Center, Port
Clinton, OH. He was born on March 8, 1911 in Put-in-Bay, OH to Eugene
J. and Minetta (Engel) Garrigan. Edward worked as an electronic
technician in the airline industry.

Norma J. Conley, 80, of Port Clinton, OH, passed away Monday, February
11, 2008 at The Toledo Hospital, OH. She was born in Port Clinton, OH
on July 28, 1927, the daughter of Harmon and Marie (Bruns) Pussehl. On
April 8, 1950 in Port Clinton, OH, she married James E. Conley, who
preceded her in death on November 5, 2000. Norma worked as a book
keeper for the American Bank in Port Clinton, for 20 years, retiring in
1982. She was a member of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church and a
member of the Priscilla Circle at the church. Norma enjoyed playing
cards, bingo and mah'jongg at church. She will be greatly missed by
her loving family and friends.

Ruth Ohler Carpenter, 98, of Port Clinton, OH, passed away Thursday,
February 14, 2008 at her residence. She was born in Grandville, MI on
November 24, 1909, the daughter of Adam W. and Elsie (Neumeister)
Ohler. Her parents were the founders of Ohler and Holzhauer. Ruth
graduated from Port Clinton High School in 1927 and attended Miami
University and Bowling Green University, where she graduated in 1930.

Evelyn G. Ahrens, 93 of Catawba Island, died Saturday, February 16,
2008 at Riverview Health Care Campus, Oak Harbor. She was born May 28,
1914 in Port Clinton, the daughter of the late Julius and Elizabeth
(Hensen) Johnson.
Evie graduated from Port Clinton High School and the Tiffin Business
School and was employed at the Erie Army Depot and then the Clerk of
Courts office from which she retired after many years.
