Johnnie C. Seals, 87, of Port Clinton, OH passed away Monday, April 21,
2008 at H.B. Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton, OH. She was born in
Arkansas on February 27, 1921, the daughter of Gussy Jones. Johnnie
was married to Castels Seals and he preceded her in death. She moved
to Port Clinton in 1938. Johnnie worked as a housekeeper for many
years for several families in Port Clinton. She loved her flowers and
working in the yard.

Clarence "Tack" W. Baumert, 92, of Oak Harbor, Ohio, died Thursday,
April 17, 2008, in the Ohio Veterans Home, Sandusky, Ohio. Clarence
was born December 19, 1915, in Rocky Ridge, Ohio, to Paul and Maltilda
(Arndt) Baumert. On August 9, 1947, in Rocky Ridge he married Esther
Hehl, who survives him. Clarence was a blacksmith by trade but had
worked at U.S. Gypsum in Genoa in maintenance. He had also worked for
Art Whaley in Oak Harbor for several years and for New York Central
Railroad.

Alan R. Eberly, 78, of Catawba Island, Ohio died Thursday, April 10,
2008 at Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton, Ohio. He was born on November
28, 1929 in Lakeside, Ohio, the son of the late Augustus and Bernice
(Miller) Eberly. On July 16, 1949, he married Lorna McRitchie, and she
survives. He worked as a plumber for the Plumbers and Pipefitters
Union, Local 42, out of Norwalk, Ohio until his retirement in 1991.

John H. Walker, 90, of Port Clinton, died Tuesday April 8, 2008 at
Riverview Healthcare Campus in Oak Harbor. He was born January 3, 1918
in Port Clinton, the son of Frank and Pearl (McMunn) Walker.
John was a commercial fisherman for 25 years and worked for the City of
Port Clinton Street Department until his retirement in 1983. He was a
member of Peace Lutheran Church. He loved playing cards, dining out
and enjoying his ?special group? and looked forward to ?going for
coffee with the retirees? every morning.

Eva Marie Molnar, 84, of Port Clinton, died Wednesday at her residence. She was born September 8, 1923 in Carroll Township, Ohio. She was a homemaker.
Surviving are her sons Greg Molnar and Gary Molnar; daughters Sharon L. Parker and Deborah A. Molnar; five grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Graveside services were/will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 9 at Riverview Cemetery, Port Clinton. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
