Tuttamore Signs Letter of Intent for Lady Falcons Volleyball PDF Print E-mail

ImageAnnie R. Tuttamore, daughter of Bill and Lois Tuttamore, has recently signed a letter of intent to play volleyball at Taylor University Fort Wayne (TUFW) for the 2008 season.
Tuttamore is a senior at Danbury High School in Lakeside/Marblehead. She is a three-year varsity volleyball letter winner and has been on the All-Academic Team for the Toledo Area Athletic Conference (TAAC) for the past two seasons. She also received the academic award for her team in 2006 and the Coaches Award during the 2007 season. Tuttamore's coach for the past two seasons has been Drew Wicks. Danbury is a Division IV school.

See the Redskins Play at Progressive Field.
The 4th Annual Hardball Classic will take place on April 19 at 12:30 p.m. in a high school baseball game vs. the Vermilion Sailors at the Indians Progressive Field in Cleveland, OH. The two organizations worked together to guarantee each registered player an equal chance of obtaining tickets to see the AL Central Division Champions as well.

Oak Harbor Wrestling Finishes 2nd at State PDF Print E-mail

ImageThe Oak Harbor High School Wrestling team finished 2nd at state this year, with Kirk Tank, Keith Witt and Cody Magrum all winning State Championships.  This accomplishment has been years in the making.  The wrestlers have been participating in spring tournaments, summer camps and wrestling in national tournaments since they were in junior high. When the senior and freshman classes were in junior high, the wrestling club sponsored a team to participate in the Middle School duals in Des Moines Iowa.
