In collaboration with Healthy Ohio, East Harbor State Park challenges
YOU to "Walk the Talk" by participating Wednesday, May 21st at Noon at
East Harbor State Park. Groups of walkers at work, schools, churches,
neighborhoods, organizations and families are joining together for the
walk, in conjunction with National Employee Health and Fitness Day.
Walking is the gold standard of exercises, since it uses over 200
muscles and is a safe, inexpensive, and fun activity most people can do.

Adult CPR - Tuesday, May 6, 2008 - 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
