Danbury Township’s gift for Newtown

Left to right: Township Trustees Dianne Rozak, David Hirt & Charles Scott along with Fiscal Officer Shelley Seamon hold a sign to be given to Newtown, CT, to accompany the 26 evergreen trees already provided to them. Danbury falls to Edon, drops to 2-3 on the year

Facing one of the best teams in the conference was a wake-up call for the Danbury Lakers. 

The Edon Bombers, one of the top teams in the Toledo Area Athletic Conference, defeated Danbury, 47-7, last Friday, dropping the Lakers to 2-3 overall and 1-1 in the league.
