Eli leads Rockets to victory

Behind 20 points from sophomore guard Athena Eli, the Oak Harbor Rockets recovered from an early deficit to defeat Woodmore 42-29 in non-conference action to improve to 7-2 on the year.

In addition to Eli's 20 points, 15 of came on three-pointers, the Rockets got nine points apiece from Barney and Cecil.

Oak Harbor trailed, 8-7, after the first quarter before outscoring the Wildcats 12-7 in the second quarter to take control of the contest. The Rockets outscored Woodmore 23-14 in the second half.
