Oak Harbor utility survey

During the month of June, Oak Harbor utility provider AMP Incorporated is sponsoring a telephone survey with utility customers. They have contracted with SDS Research, a national research firm, to conduct the survey. Questions will relate to overall satisfaction with utility service, communication with customers, customer service and other topics.

The Village of Oak Harbor asks residents that if they receive a call from SDS Research they take a few minutes to respond to the survey. Should you have questions regarding this survey, contact Village Administrator Randy Genzman at 419.898.5561.
