Marsh Madness Day Camp at Ottawa NWR

Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) is now accepting reservations for Marsh Madness Day Camp.       

This free camp provides children ages 8-12 with the opportunity to explore the natural world through hands on environmental programming. The camp session runs from 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. the week of June 22-26.


Downtown Oak Harbor Farmers’ Market

The Oak Harbor Development Group in conjunction with Oak Harbor Area Chamber of Commerce will again be holding Downtown Oak Harbor Farmers’ Markets on the fourth Saturday of each month June-October from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The location of the market is at Log Cabin Park on North Church Street.


Experience Oak Harbor

On June 27, in conjunction with the downtown farmers’ market, the Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce will be holding their first Experience Oak Harbor Day. Businesses in the village have been encouraged to have sidewalk sales, run specials and showcase what they have to offer. Out of town businesses also have the opportunity to showcase their goods and services on Main Street near the farmers’ market.
