Wedding — Grigsby-Bergeman

Bethany Lace Grigsby and Ryan Matthew Bergeman were married July 31 at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, Janesville, Wis. The bride is the daughter of Terry and Laurie Grigsby, Janesville, Wis. The groom is the son of Denny and Jeannine Bergeman, Port Clinton. The Rev. Randy Timmerman united the couple in marriage.

Maid of Honor was Tara Grigsby, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were: Leigh Hermanson, cousin of the bride; Kara Bergeman, sister of the groom; Joanna Willliams, friend of the bride; Chelsey Wagner, friend of the bride; Angie Agate, friend of the bridge; and Flower Girl Elana McCaslin, cousin of the bride. Personal attendant was Sara Sutton, friend of the bride.
The Best Man was Jeff Wilcox, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were: Jeff Mahlum, friend of the couple; Brad McMonigal, brother in law of the groom; Nathan Linton, cousin of the bride; Adam Knieriem, friend of the groom; Wayne Massie, friend of the groom and Ring Bearer Oliver Mihoci, cousin of the groom. Ushers were: Thomas Cook, friend of the bride and Seth Guetschow, cousin of the bride.
Readers were Charlotte Jero, aunt of the bride and Elizabeth Linton, cousin on the groom.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of F.J. Turner High School, Beloit, Wis., and a 2005 and 2007 graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater, with a bachelor of business administration, finance degree and a master of science in education, school business administration degree. She is employed with JPMorgan, Private Wealth Management in Columbus.
The groom is a 2001 graduate of Edison High School and a 2006 graduate of Ashland University with a bachelor of arts in sports communication. He is currently enrolled in the Bachelor’s Plus Program at Ashland and is student teaching at Gahana-Lincoln High School.
A reception was held following the ceremony at Pontiac Convention Center, Janesville, Wis., and on Aug. 21, a reception was held at Port Clinton Yacht Club. The couple honeymooned in Jamaica and are currently living in Blacklick.
